       2008年从南京大学物理系微电子专业获得工学博士学位,此后在新加坡、澳大利亚、德国从事科学研究长达十余年,具有丰富的国际化团队领导及管理经验。2021年全职加入杭州电子科技大学电子信息学院任教,并创建校级碳中和新能源研究院,担任民盟省委会专委会副主任。他曾获得南京大学优秀博士学位论文、江苏省优秀博士学位论文、全国优秀博士论文提名奖、澳大利亚可持续能源部ARENA学者(全球性竞争,年度硅电池领域唯一入选者)、德国资深洪堡学者(全球性竞争,年度硅电池领域唯一入选者)、德国国家研究基金首席科学家、浙江省****专家、**特聘专家、省领军型创新创业团队负责人等荣誉/人才称号。他担任德国、德国-俄罗斯、欧盟等多个国际特邀项目评审专家、30多个国际学术期刊审稿人及厦门大学讲座教授(2022-2025)。作为召集人或核心人员,多次组织国际性学术会议或分会场议题。他的研究专长及兴趣包括光伏太阳能电池(晶硅、钙钛矿及高效叠层电池)、光伏与储能一体化、智能光伏电力电网系统、微电子与集成电路、人工智能制造及算法、先进半导体LEDs等。致力于通过产学研协同发展,为国家和区域性相关高科技产业发展提供强有力科技支撑,助力国家“双碳”目标早日实现!
