    刘晓,湖北天门人,博士。2020年博士毕业于法国索邦大学材料物理与化学专业;20215-20236月在浙江大学从事博士后研究工作,师从杨德仁院士和皮孝东教授;20237-至今,在杭州电子科技大学电子信息学院担任讲师。

    研究方向包括:(1)无机/有机半导体光电探测器;(2)无机/有机半导体光电神经突触器件及其在神经形态视觉系统中的应用。近年来,以第一作者身份在Advanced Functional materialsACS Applied Electronic materialsOptics express等学术期刊发表论文七篇。
