2023年博士毕业于中国科学院大学。20232-至今,在杭州电子科技大学电子信息学院担任特聘副教授。研究兴趣主要包括:(1)低维钙钛矿半导体材料和电子结构的研发及性能评估;(2N型半导体材料的设计和应用;(3)钙钛矿光伏器件中的复合损失和稳定性机理研究等。近年来发表SCI论文20余篇,其中以第一/共一作者在Adv. Energy Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Sol. RRL.,等材料和化学类国际顶级期刊发表SCI论文5篇。
