1994年10月出生于浙江东阳,中共党员。2013年9月-2017年6月于华侨大学获学士学位;2017年9月-2022年6月于华侨大学获博士学位;2022年6月-至今于杭州电子科技大学电子信息学院担任特聘副教授。长期从事半导体材料与器件的研究工作,包括半导体材料的开发及应用、钙钛矿光伏器件/组件的制备、光伏器件/组件数据库及仿真平台的搭建等。近年来发表SCI论文40余篇,主持浙江省自然科学基金探索青年项目1项,校特聘启动项目1项,参与国家重点研发计划项目1项。
