2018年于东南大学获得博士学位。 2018年09月- 至今,在杭州电子科技大学电子信息学院担任讲师。目前主持省级项目1项,参与过多项国家级和省部级科研项目,致力于新型纳米材料的研究工作,主要包括对II-VI族、I-III-VI族和钙钛矿胶体半导体纳米晶和纳米片的光学特性和LED器件性能研究。已在nanoscale,Journal of Materials Chemistry C,Journal of applied physics,nanotechnology等重要学术期刊发表论文,获授权发明专利2项。
