2008年从南京大学物理系微电子专业获得工学博士学位(师从张荣院士),此后分别在新加坡、澳大利亚、德国从事科学研究长达12年,具有丰富的国际化团队领导及管理经验。2021年全职加盟杭州电子科技大学电子信息学院任教,并创建校级碳中和新能源研究院。他曾获得南京大学优秀博士学位论文、江苏省优秀博士学位论文、全国优秀博士论文提名奖、澳大利亚可持续能源部ARENA学者(全球性竞争,年度硅电池领域唯一入选者)、湖北省楚天学者特聘教授、德国资深洪堡学者(全球性竞争,年度硅电池领域唯一入选者)、德国国家研究基金首席科学家、浙江省特聘专家、国家特聘专家、浙江省领军型创新创业团队负责人等荣誉/人才称号。担任德国、德国-俄罗斯、欧盟等多个国际特邀项目评审专家、国家级重点研发项目评审专家、国家级人才项目评审专家、30多个国际学术期刊审稿人(包括Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Advanced Energy Materials、Joule、Advanced Functional Materials等期刊)、厦门大学讲座教授(2022-2025)。此外,也担任浙江省民盟省委会专委会副主任、浙江省长三角光伏与新能源技术国际科技合作基地学术委员会主任。作为召集人或核心人员,多次组织国际性学术会议或分会场议题。研究专长包括光伏电池(晶硅、钙钛矿及高效叠层电池)、储能电池、光伏与储能一体化、智能光伏电力电网系统、微电子与集成电路、人工智能制造及算法等。在澳大利亚、德国工作期间,担任多项国家级光伏电池研发项目负责人。当前,承担着校企合作课题(1000万元)、中国创新挑战赛(宁波,500万元)、中国科技部重点研发计划课题(310万元)等多个研发项目。
严教授团队致力于通过产学研协同发展,为国家和区域性相关高科技产业发展提供强有力科技支撑,助力国家“双碳”目标早日实现!
